The motor is equipped with a natural air-cooling cooling method, which can reduce maintenance costs while providing stable low-speed torque. Among them, the ABZ encoder of this electric drive system ensures precise speed and position control, enabling the vehicle to achieve smooth and predictable operation under various working conditions.
For this system, another crucial component is the motor and controller for electric vehicle, working together as a precisely matched combination. Only when these two elements are perfectly combined can the vehicle operate stably. The motor controller is the "brain" of each power system, capable of regulating the flow of electricity in real time and adjusting voltage, current, and frequency to adapt to dynamic driving conditions. This enables the vehicle to operate smoothly in various scenarios, such as constant speed driving and climbing. The controller developed by WISEDRV is manufactured according to the IP67 dustproof and waterproof standard and supports numerous core functions, including driving modes, logic for identifying vehicle speed calculation, as well as fault and safety protection functions.
